The skill of Murano glassmakers has translated the lightness of washi paper used in Oriental lanterns into a new family of table lamps all concentrated on the diffuser and defined by the volume and material nature of glass. The striped effect is created by blowing the glass in a stationary mould, grinding it by hand and then immersing it in acid. Rituals emits a very private, evocative light - available in three sizes, can be hung singley or in a group, and also as pendant lamps.
